The compact PCR thermal
cyclers are suitable for DNA amplification in high-throughput screening,
genotyping or cloning. The thermal cyclers can be intuitively programmed with a
touch screen and deliver repeatable results with every run.
Features
include a clear, responsive touch screen, secure and user-specific programming,
an adjustable heated lid and active sample cooling for stronger and more
specific amplification.
A program wizard
generates a protocol specific to your sequence in seconds, allowing you to
quickly optimise amplification of new samples. The instrument stores up to 1000
reports for later viewing and offers an intuitive HD Android™ tablet user
interface. Personal settings can be stored on a USB stick, which can then also
be used to log in.
Thermal Cycler A1, 96 Well
Single block system with a capacity of 96 or 384 wells. The 96 block can be used with 0.2 ml PCR tubes, with 0.2 ml PCR strips or a 96-well plate. The 384 block is suitable for 384-well plates with a capacity of max. 40 µl per well.
